In 2018, Janet started dating fellow social star Disguised Toast. The relationship ended in 2020. “Toast and I are sad to announce that we have broken up. We’ve been pretty public about our relationship since the start, so we felt like we owe it to fans to make this announcement. But now, we ask for privacy as we both move forward,” a statement on Janet’s Instagram read.

“No one did anything wrong, sometimes relationships just don’t work out – so please refrain from the need to speculate or hate on either of us,” she added. The couple said they both still care for each other and will continue to be friends.

Like many female content creators, Janet has been dealing with stalkers for years now. In 2020, she spoke out about it through a Tweet. “I often think about how I will prob die by the hands of my stalker and no one can do anything about it until it really happens 😞 I know it’s heavy to talk about but if it does happen I hope my death will mean something and help protect other creators from similar situations,” she said.

Many streamers and fellow stars came to her support, but her ex-boyfriend revealed that authorities have told Janet that nothing can be done until the stalker commits a crime.
