Trisha Kay Paytas is an American YouTube star, social media personality and former stripper that is best known for her outrageous YouTube videos and vlogs from her kitchen floor. The California native moved to Los Angeles as a teenager and started working as a stripper while she pursued her acting career.
It was during this time she started her YouTube channel, which has grown to nearly 5 million followers since its launch years ago. Trisha has appeared in numerous television shows, hosts two podcasts, and has self-published multiple books.
Trisha Kay Paytas was born on May 8, 1988 in Riverside, California. Trisha was raised in Illinois and eventually moved to Los Angeles as a teenager to pursue her career.
As of September 2020, Trisha has more than 640,000 followers on Twitter, 2.2 million followers on Instagram, 2.1 million followers on TikTok and 1.35 million subscribers on YouTube. Her YouTube channel titled “blndsundoll4mj” has more than 4.82 million subscribers.
Once Trisha moved to Los Angeles, California, she worked as a stripper and pursued acting on the side. For many years, she primarily worked as an extra. At the start of her career, Trisha appeared in a number of music videos for big stars like Eminem and Amy Winehouse.
In 2006, Paytas started her YouTube channel titled “blndsundoll4mj.” The account served as a lifestyle-oriented YouTube account and the social media personality posted her vlogs to the channel to start.
The aspiring actress had several viral videos that made her a well-known YouTuber. She is known for her mukbangs, her hilarious personal vlogs from her kitchen floor. In 2012, she reached 100,000 subscribers. By 2014, though, she had over a million followers. As of September 2020, Trisha has nearly two billion lifetime views on her channel and counting.
As she rose to fame on YouTube, Trisha acted in several television shows as well. She was on “The Greg Behrendt Show” from 2006 to 2007; “Who Wants to Be a Superhero?” in 2007; “British Celebrity Big Brother” in 2017.
In 2014, she starred in the short film “Viral Video” and its sequel; Trisha is billed as the producer for both short films.
The same year, Trisha launched her music career as an independent recording artist. She has released one cover album as well as eight extended plays (EPs) and 35 singles.
In 2015, Trisha launched her own podcast titled “Dish With Trish.” The podcast took a break from 2016 to 2019 and then resumed regular episodes. In addition, she hosts the podcast “Let’s Talk About Sex” from 2017 to present. Her podcast, “The Dish with Trish,” is set to become a talk show in 2021.
In addition to her work in film, TV and podcasts, Trisha has modeled in several lingerie and fetish photoshoots. She also has released her own perfume titled “Trish.”
Trisha has self-published several books, including “Curvy and Loving It” and “The Stripper Diaries.”
The social media star is constantly involved in feuds on social media and has been embroiled in a number of contreversial situations, including claiming that she is transgender and has dissasociative identity disorder.
“I never cared about being rich or anything (still don’t),” she said in an interview. “I just had (have) this constant need for attention. Maybe that’s a bad thing, maybe not, but it’s how I thrive.”
