Sameeksha Sud is an Indian actress, model and social media personality best known for her work on various TV shows and her viral videos on TikTok. The star posts lip-sync and dance videos to TikTok and remains one of the platform’s most-followed stars in India.
In addition, Sameeksha is a part of a TikTok group called Teentigada and posts videos to the group’s YouTube page as well as her own personal accounts.
Sameeksha Sud was born on April 25, 1993 in Delhi, India to father Naresh Kumar, a government official, and mother Radha. Her parents are not normally included in her videos. Sameeksha is her parent’s only child. She graduated from Amity University, Noida, with a Bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication.
As of September 2021, Sameeksha has more than 5.1 million Facebook fans, 3,171 Twitter followers, 7.6 million Instagram followers and 24.5 million TikTok followers.
Sameeksha started her acting career in 2012 when she made her debut in the TV show “Baal Veer” in the role of Dari Pari. Since making her acting debut, she has appeared in a number of productions, including “Fear Files: Darr Ki Sacchi Tasvirein” in 2012, “Doli Armaano Ki” in 2013 and the third season of “Gumrah” in 2015. In 2010, she appeared on the TV show “Big Switch” on the Bindass Channel.
In addition to acting, Sameeksha hosted “Sanskrit Bharti” on DD Bharti.
Sameeksha has also appeared in a number of music videos. She has appeared in videos for the songs “Raanjhan Ve,” “Rula Ke Gaya,” “Tumhari Yaad Ayee Hai” and “Tu Bhi Royega” all by various artists.
Sameeksha joined Musical.ly before it became TikTok and grew her following over time by posting videos in between shooting TV shows. She later started posting more dancing videos, lip sync videos and more. She is now one of India’s most-followed stars on TikTok.
On TikTok, Sameeksha is a part of the group Teentigada, a three-person collective made of Sameeksha, Vishal Panday and Bhavin Bhanushali. She met her collaborators for the first time at an event organized by TikTok called “Meet and Greet.”
Sameeksha does not have her own YouTube channel, but she runs the YouTube channel called “Teentigada” with her collaborators. The channel has more than 1 million subscribers.
Sameeksha participates in philanthropic work as well. She is a part of the Samiksha Foundation, which works to help take care of children with cancer.
