Dillon Rizzo, known on social media as Rizzo TV or just Rizzo, is an American professional gamer best known for his Rocket League gameplay. Rizzo first started playing Rocket League as a young adult and quickly grew into a well-established player. He signed with G2 Esports early on in his career and has played with them ever since. Rizzo has also become well-known on his social media channels, particularly on YouTube, where he compiles Rocket League footage for his subscribers. He’s become so popular as a Rocket League player that some die-hard fans call him “Daddy,” and even go so far as printing the name on t-shirts and other apparel.

Dillon Rizzo, known on social media as Rizzo TV or just Rizzo, was born on May 26, 1997 in the United States. Not much is known about his early upbringing and childhood. He has two brothers, one of which plays Rocket League as well. He now lives in Arizona and had originally planned on attending college, but put it off to keep playing Rocket League professionally. 

As of January 2021, Rizzo TV has more than 160,000 followers on Twitter, 505,000 followers on Twitch, 580,000 followers on YouTube, and 62,000 followers on Instagram. 

Rizzo first started playing Rocket League as a young adult and quickly grew into a well-established player. He signed with G2 Esports early on in his career and has played with them ever since. 

“I’ve been with G2 for a long time and they feel like family to me. All the staff there are super friendly and it’s always nice to feel welcomed by your bosses when visiting them or seeing them at events,” Rizzo says about his time at G2 eSports. 

Rizzo has also become well-known on his social media channels, particularly on YouTube, where he compiles Rocket League footage for his subscribers. He’s become so popular as a Rocket League player that some die-hard fans call him “Daddy,” and even go so far as printing the name on t-shirts and other apparel.  

The professional gamer has said in the past that he finds the nickname funny, and it’s all in good fun, but he’s never been 100% comfortable with the nickname. 

“Well, I’ve never been 100% with people calling me “daddy.” [laughs] But it’s not gonna stop, so it’s just gonna happen and I have to get used to it,” the gamer said in an interview. 

The gamer has competed in a number of professional tournaments, including the RLCS World Championship in London. 

In addition to his skills in Rocket League, he has also been proficient in Minecraft and is a Minecraft Ultimate Champion.
