Matt Salzberg is Blue Apron”s co-founder, Chairman and a member of the company”s Board of Directors. Matt served as the company”s President and Chief Executive Officer from the start of the company until November 2017. Matt is also Managing Partner at Material, a venture capital firm, and is the co-founder of Embark Veterinary, a next-generation genetic testing company for dogs, where he serves on the Board of Directors. He has made dozens of investments in start-ups, served on a variety of corporate boards and volunteers as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Harvard Business School – a Dean’s appointment where he meets with and advises students on entrepreneurship-related topics. Before Blue Apron, Matt worked as a senior associate at Bessemer Venture Partners and as an analyst with The Blackstone Group. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Global Direct-to-Consumer for Discovery, Inc., overseeing its DTC businesses including Motor Trend, Food Network Kitchen, Magnolia, DPlay, Eurosport Player and GOLFTV. Prior to joining Discovery, he spent 13 years with Amazon, most recently as Vice President of Amazon Marketplace, and before that he oversaw Amazon’s music and movie product categories in North America. Prior to Amazon, Mr. Faricy held management roles at Borders Group, Ford Motor Company, and McKinsey & Co. Linda Findley Kozlowski is Blue Apron”s President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the company”s Board of Directors. Before joining Blue Apron in April 2019, Linda most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Etsy, Inc. where she held responsibilities for product, marketing and customer engagement and acquisition. Prior to Etsy, Linda spent three years at Evernote Corporation, most recently serving as COO, where she oversaw worldwide operations, managed cross-functional teams across seven countries and led the successful launch of the company’s multi-tier pricing strategy to drive accelerated revenue. Before that, Linda worked for Alibaba.com based out of Hong Kong, most recently as Director of Global Marketing and Customer Experience with responsibilities spanning multiple revenue-generating and customer-facing functions. Linda serves on the Board of Directors and as a member of the Finance and Audit Committee of the Ralph Lauren Corporation, in addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Styleseat, Inc., an online platform for beauty and wellness professionals, and Dress for Success, a not-for-profit organization focused on empowering women. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications and Journalism from Elon College and a Master of Arts in Journalism and Public Relations from UNC-Chapel Hill.

Ms. Freeman is the founder of Joyeux Advisory Group, a firm providing advisory services to early-stage startups and Fortune 500 companies. She previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Arteza, a direct-to-consumer arts and crafts manufacturing and supply company, and is a current or former board director of Avnet, Caleres, Herman Miller and Under Armour. She has also held roles as Chief Marketing Officer at Magic Leap, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at National Geographic Channel, Global Head of TV Marketing at DreamWorks Animation, Chief Marketing Officer at Turner Broadcasting System, Senior Vice President of Integrated Marketing and Partnerships, Nickelodeon at Viacom, Vice President of Consumer Marketing at VH1, Vice President of Affiliate Marketing, Entertainment Group at MTV Networks, and Executive Director at ABC Radio Network. Elizabeth Huebner has been a director of Blue Apron since January 2020. She has held numerous executive finance positions throughout her 26-year career, including serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Getty Images, Inc. from 2000-2006. Prior to Getty Images, Ms. Huebner was the Chief Financial Officer for Primus Knowledge Solutions, Inc. where she played a key role in its 1999 initial public offering. From 1996 to 1998, she served as the Chief Financial Officer for Fluke Corporation, a NYSE company. Ms. Huebner began her career at Arthur Andersen where she left as an audit manager and spent seven years with McCaw Cellular (ATTWireless) in a variety of senior financial positions. She currently serves on the REI Co-op board, where she is a member of the Audit and Finance Committee. She previously served on the board of directors of Blucora where she chaired the Audit Committee, was a member of the Compensation Committee and a past member and chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee. She also formerly served on the Procera Networks, Inc. board and is currently on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Corporate Directors Pacific Northwest Chapter. Ms. Huebner holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Utah – David Eccles School of Business, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Barry Salzberg has been a director of Blue Apron since October 2020. Mr. Salzberg was the Global Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, until his retirement in May 2015. While at Deloitte, he also served as Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte LLP (USA) and Managing Partner, USA. Mr. Salzberg is a board director of Thomson Reuters and serves as the chairman of the board of directors for 10Eqs, a digital management consultancy startup. He previously was a member of the boards of New Profit, College Summit, the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy, the Jackie Robinson Foundation, the Center for Audit Quality, United Way Worldwide and YMCA of Greater New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the New York County Lawyers’ Association. Mr. Salzberg holds a B.S. degree in accounting from the City University of New York – Brooklyn College, a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a Master of Law from the New York University School of Law.
