Daequan Loco is an American YouTube star, Twitch streamer and professional Fortnite player. Daequan is perhaps best known for popularizing the “Double pump,” his sense of humor and winning Fortnite’s early invitationals. The gamer has been playing Fortnite and other games at a competitive level for many years. Daequan has won the first-ever Fortnite Invitational back in 2017 and quickly became known as one of the best Fortnite players when he started to rise. He is a five-time Fortnite invitational winner. He is credited with starting the infamous W-Key, used now by other Fortnite players. 

The gamer is a member of Team SoloMid, or TSM. He signed with them to be part of their competitive Fortnite squad.

Daequan Loco was born on May 12, 1994. Not much is known about his early life and upbringing. 

As of September 2021, Daequan Loco has more than 5.39 million subscribers on YouTube, 4.6 million followers on Instagram, 658,000 followers on Twitter, 3.9 million followers on Twitch and 1,688 followers on Facebook. 

Daequan started his YouTube channel under his same name for posting his Fortnite content. He is perhaps best known for popularizing the “Double pump,” his sense of humor and winning Fortnite’s early invitationals. 

The gamer has been playing Fortnite and other games at a competitive level for many years. He has played Destiny 1 PvP, Black Desert Online, GunZ, Wildstar, and Smite among others. Daequan spent a short amount of time on H1Z1 before he discovered Fornite, his first Battle Royale game. Daequan is well-known for having one of the most invitations wins in North America in Fortnite.

The gamer is a member of Team SoloMid, or TSM. He signed with them to be part of their competitive Fortnite squad.

In 2018, the TSM Team moved to Los Angeles and moved to their own collaborative house with fellow gamers Myth and Hamlinz. 

Starting in May 2019, Daequan took a hiatus from social media and gaming due to health problems relating to his stomach. He told his followers he had been enduring pain “24/7.” In September of that year, Daequan said he had not been enjoying Fortnite as much as usual and said he would not be playing competitively as much anymore. He also discussed his past health issues and how his girlfriend, Exie, started dealing with health problems. Daequan returned to streaming in August 2019.
