Đang xem: Best donuts in columbus
Picture this. It’s Monday morning, you’re dreading work, and there’s only one thing you can think of that will make your day better.
Donuts. Fluffy, doughy, sweet, sugary, delicious donuts. There’s never an occasion when donuts aren’t appropriate and I love them so much that I’d probably do anything for them.
Okay, you definitely shouldn’t be punching people for donuts, but I do understand the urge. Sometimes, all you need to turn a frown upside down is a delicious, yeasty (that’s right I mean it as a good thing) donut. It doesn’t matter if you’re searching for a traditional glazed donut or a piece of miniature, edible art, you’ll find the donut you want–nay, need.
via Facebook Location: 1363 S High St, Columbus, OH 43207 and 1998 N High St, Columbus, OH 43201 All about the Donuts: Buckeye Donuts may be the most iconic donut shop in Columbus. There are two locations, both on opposite ends of High Street. No matter where you stop in, you should absolutely order the signature Buckeye Donut, made with peanut butter and chocolate. I also think they have the best apple fritters in the city (if you’re into that sort of thing.)
via Facebook Location: 650 Georgesville Rd, Columbus, OH 43228 All about the Donuts: When Amy’s Donuts says they have gourmet donuts, they mean it. Some of the pastries are pretty intricate and are basically the definition of extra. But if you’re looking for a sugary sweet overload, this is the place to go. I love their cereal series, which is an airy, doughy donut topped with icing and your choice of cereal. I go for the Fruity Pebbles, but you do you. Temporarily closed due to COVID-19.
Peace Love And Little Donuts
Location: 656 High St, Worthington, OH 43085 All about the Donuts: This quirky little donut shop is truly unique. They’ve got three categories of donuts: Groovy, Far Out, and Funkadelic. If you’re looking for more traditional donuts, stick to the Groovy and Far Out Donuts. But if you want to push the boundaries of what you know about donuts, go for the Funkadelic choices. The S’mores donut is out of this world.
via Facebook Location: 825 Polaris Pkwy, Westerville, OH 43082 All about the Donuts: Want to get a little creative with your donuts? Go to Duck Donuts. The ordering process kicks off with a vanilla cake donut, which is made fresh when you order. After that, you’re in control as you choose your coating, toppings, and drizzle. Get creative and let me know what you like, that way I can order it next time.
via Facebook Location: North Market, 59 Spruce St, Columbus, OH 43215 All about the Donuts: I love going to the North Market, especially when I have a chance to stop in at Destination Donuts. My absolute favorite treat is the Salted Caramel & Toasted Pecan donut. If you’re lucky enough to snag one (their flavors change all the time, so no guarantees) you won’t regret it. Temporarily closed due to COVID-19.
via Facebook Location: Click here for food truck locations All about the Donuts: I’ve never, ever, had a bad donut from Tupelo Doughnuts. They are yeasty and fluffy and their flavor combinations are always delicious. If I had to choose just one to suggest, I would tell you to go for the Creme Brulee filled donut. It has this perfect custard filling with caramelized sugar on top and it’s definitely the kind of donut you’ll be dreaming about later in the day.
Treemont Goodie Shop
via Facebook Location: 2116 Tremont Center, Upper Arlington, OH 43221 All about the Donuts: From the customer service to the incredible donuts, a visit to the Treemont Goodie Shop is 100% worth it. It’s hard to choose which donut to recommend, but I’m a sucker for their custard-filled options. They are melt-in-your-mouth good.
